By order from Atech Racing, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and the order of our products.
Our website displays a catalog of motorsport products, including seats, apparel and accessories.
Product information, including prices and availability, is subject to change. We will do our best to keep information up to date, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

The ATECH Warranty is guaranteed, without original defects, for a period of 24 months as per directive 99/44 EC () in force.
The warranty includes the replacement and/or repair of the item when, within the time frame, the item shows manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover improper use or non-compliance with the manual provided at the time of sale or with existing labels, and as required by law, is provided by the retailer or where it was purchased or for the needs of the case.
(*) In some countries, the warranty period may be different, therefore the period provided by the law of the place of purchase will be applied.
(*) For the validity of the warranty, complete the delivery certificate.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.
You can request a quote for one or more products on our website. Our sales staff will calculate the shipping costs for your country and provide you with a detailed total invoice including applicable taxes.
The quote and all the information necessary to confirm the order will be provided by phone or email, allowing us to assist you personally during the purchasing process.
Accepted payment methods vary depending on the order amount. For larger amounts, we prefer bank transfer, while for smaller amounts Satispay is also available. Specific details on the payment method will be communicated with the quote.
All prices on the site are in euros and do not include applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be calculated separately.
We provide shipping and delivery information at the time of order.
However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
We accept returns and offer refunds according to our return policy, available on our website. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging.
For clothing, if the size is incorrect, it must be returned in its original box or bag and will be either refunded or exchanged upon receipt of the package.
